I’ve had a really good experience at Arkansas Periodontal & Implant Associates (Rogers). The whole team runs the office well, and it feels organized and calm from check-in to check-out. Dr. Breard is the kind of specialist you want—straightforward, thorough, and willing to explain what he’s seeing and why he’s recommending a certain plan. He’s board-certified in periodontology, and you can tell he takes his work seriously while still being easy to talk to. ​ Cynthia (my hygienist) is excellent—gentle, detail-oriented, and genuinely kind. Friendly atmosphere. Highly professional. Staff. Dr Shelton has a great bedside manner. I felt heard and safe. I appreciate his thoughtful approach to my case and being concerned for my overall health. .He is detailed oriented,, with a talent to offer several creative solutions. He was transparent about the positives and negatives of all procedures. There’s no beating around the bush. I didn’t feel pressured into choosing the most expensive option. Instead, he’s devising a few options for my budget and my insurance . I can’t wait to get started on a path to better oral health. This, coming from a person who dreads dental work.

Dr. Shelton's proficiency is remarkable. His thorough explanations of Pre and Post procedure was especially detailed, understandable and brought realistic expectations. I was impressed with his bedside manor, gentle hands and expertise. What is most appreciated is his knowledge. Dr. Shelton is a "Diplomat" Doctor who's training is far and above others in his specialty. The few Diplomat doctors are those who complete further education and are certified to teach others of correct procedures and methods. To me this is important because Diplomats are always current in their specialty, and any new technology or improved practice while continually refreshing his knowledge in his mind. My experience showed he has the utmost integrity and has a genuine motivation to provide the best care now

Dr. Osborne did an excellent job with my surgery, and my follow-up appointment went very smoothly. The staff were consistently positive, welcoming, and professional. Honestly can’t recommend them enough! I had to have an implant done and was very nervous about the entire process. But, thankfully Arkansas Periodontal & Implant Associates and Dr. Shelton was recommended to me and I listened. My experience was wonderful. Nothing negative to say. Everything went smoothly and Dr. Shelton and his team did a fantastic job. I chose to be sedated during the procedure and that was a game changer for me. 10/10 recommend. Don’t even hesitate.
