Dr. Osleber is very professional, thorough and personable. He answered all my questions. Sara was kind and efficient! Jasmine was very nice at the front desk, and the young man at check out was very kind as well. An overall positive experience.

Arkansas Dermatology has some of the sweetest and hard working staff who are great to work with. With that said, they have a call center when attempting to reach out to them via phone. This call center has the absolute worst representatives I have ever bore witness to. These representatives serve no purpose other than attempting to deflect patients from reaching out regarding issues they may have. Expect that if you encounter any issues while being treated by Arkansas Dermatology, your issue may go unresolved or at a minimum, take weeks to be fixed. To reiterate, this stems solely from their call center. All staff that I have interacted with, on site, have been amazing. In particular, Aubrey, she was great at listening to concerns and relaying the correct info to the dermatologist.

I don’t know how many skin cancers I have had burned off or cut out but it is a very large number and they always find them and take them and get me back together without ever a problem of any kind!!! Matt and Dr.Osliber are both very good and very caring!!! I also like all the staff and I recommend them all to everyone l can!!!

Dr. Matt Reynolds, and Brittany look great care of me. In one visit, got something done, that I have been trying to get done for months. They're very caring, and compassionate about their patients. I was to feel like I am in great hands, and that he's willing to help me get the best treatment plan for my condition. Thank y'all so much for making me feel at ease, and going above and beyond 💓.

Disappointed with the PA Reynolds that examined my 102 years mother. She was prescribed medication which caused major problems. I tried to get medical advise going on 4 days now and still no call back. Do not recommend this clinic. I am canceling her return appointment.
