Staff is rude. I just got out of the hospital with a concussion. I need to be cleared and this is the number I was given. Called several times only to be placed in hold. Finally I was able to get someone one only for them to put me on hold and then hanged up on me. Called again this time a little bit tensed. They told me they won’t be able to see me until next month so I asked if there was someone else. They gave me a nonworking number. I figured it was my concussion symptoms that I did not write the number correctly. Called back only for them to hang up the phone. I’m an EMT and I need my income to support my family, I just need to be cleared. I don’t understand how they could be so cold and cruel . Just rude and dismissive.

I came for psych visit, whole experience was 9 out of 10. Friendly doctor & friendly front desk girl. Short wait time.

Yo por mi parte no tengo quejas de esta oficina, 19 E 37th st. Todos ellos incluyendo damas y caballeros son muy respetuosos! Si no hablas inglés una de las muchachas te ayuda con la traducción muy amablemente, incluso el Dr Hk es muy amigable al igual que todo el personal, muchas gracias a todos! For my part, I have no complaints about this office, 19 E 37th st. All of them including ladies and gentlemen are very respectful! If you don't speak English one of the girls helps you with the translation very kindly, even Dr Hk is very friendly as well as all the staff, thank you very much everyone!
