Arch Dental

I had a great experience at Arch Dental today. The whole team was awesome. The receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were all so friendly, patient, and professional. They really took their time and were super clear and attentive. I never felt rushed or belittled, and I especially appreciated that they didn't pressure me into any extra procedures or try to upsell anything. I’m very comfortable recommending them and will definitely be coming back for my future dental care!

At 46 years of going to the dentist, I have never received such competent, attentive, thorough, compassionate care as I have with Dr. Rodriguez and her amazing staff. They anticipate your needs, explain anything you ask with thought and concern., and even spend educating you on how to choose the best products on the market for your dental needs (like whitening strips if you are obsessed like me!)They are authentic and professional without the stoicism or ego of many doctors. I am an especially challenging patient because I have multiple illnesses, one which causes tremendous face and jaw pain. Dr. Rodriguez does everything in her power to diminish the inevitable pain I will experience after my visit and is purposely gentle and creative with how she is works with me. I cannot urge you to

I started my Invisalign journey almost a year ago. Throughout the whole process the experience was friendly, prompt, professional and i always left feeling great that i made the right choice. The front desk has always been friendly and welcoming. The doctor is beyond knowledgeable and made me feel at ease at every appointment. I am now starting the new year with beautiful teeth and new friends :):) I highly recommend Arch dental with Dr. Jennifer Rodriguez and her fantastic team.

I visited Arch Dental for regular cleaning. They were very thorough and also upfront about everything being done and suggested to be done. Both dental hygenist and dentist were very professional.

After being a patient here for years I am done. When Dr. Reich was the dentist it was great. Today I got charged almost $300, months after my last appointment. I called to find out why and was told it’s because “insurance didn’t pay as much as expected.” “Alicia” told me it’s not their policy or responsibility to get more information from insurance about a denial, so I told her to send me the information and I would do it myself. Two minutes later I get a revised bill for $0.00. Lo and behold it was a mistake on Arch Dental’s part. I tried to point out that had I not called and questioned this, I would have just blindly handed over hundreds of dollars. Alicia was incredibly rude through the whole process and did not seem to understand why I had a problem with this.
