Horrible

Horribly rude staff and ridiculous rules. Patients are scared and need emotional support but if you try and give your wife a hug or vice versa, staff will yell at you both and kick you out after literally visiting for only 30 seconds after driving an hour there and then an hour back. How dare you tell my wife she can't hug me when she's scared, confused and crying.
