The dentist insisted I need a root canal, then botched the procedure, so I now have an abscess in my gum, with visible decay around tooth. After following up, he gave me antibiotics, which did nothing. Then he says I just need to go see a specialist… Why was I not referred to a specialist to start?? So he could make a buck! The entire time I felt like I was on a used car lot, trying to be upsold things. I will say the staff are great, always kind. But now because of the dentist I will have to pay another $700 copay for a specialist to fix his mistake. Absolutely will never be back, and don’t recommend.

I went to Arbor West Dental for all of my dental care while I was a medical student and I had a wonderful experience! They came up in my search when I was looking for a practice that would take Medicaid. Everything that I needed was covered. I received great care from the entire team. My appointments were incredibly quick and painless; most of the time I didn't even finish checking in before they were already calling me back! The dental hygienist Tashawna is particularly wonderful. She was always gentle, knowledgeable, and friendly. She greeted me with smile every time and even remembered what was going on in my life. I'll miss seeing her during my dental cleanings! I'm bummed that I will have to find a new dental practice due to moving out of state.

From the moment I stepped foot in their office, I was glad I switched. They're accommodating, friendly, and well equipped to handle anything.

Very thorough and excellent care and after care . No need for another Dentist or oral surgery for root canal or extraction. Dr Shariff does it all in a friendly office

I walked into his office with only 9 teeth left, looking for a solution. He was super friendly, nonjudgmental, and offered to quickly see about removal of my broken teeth and getting me into a new pair of dentures. He walked me through everything he was doing, made sure I wasn't in any pain, and helped me through anything that was uncomfortable. He obviously has many years of experience. I'm halfway through the process and would totally recommend this dental office. Everyone is friendly, they know your name, and there is an all round small family dentist feel to the place.
