Excellent dental group! The staff are kind and very welcoming, and Dr. Jones is fantastic. My initial exam was thorough, everything was explained completely, and my questions were answered honestly. This is the first time since I was a child that I’ve felt comfortable in a dental chair and I didn’t have anxiety at all during the visit.

I absolutely love Dr. Jones and her amazing staff! I've been going to Dr. Jones for years. They treat you like family. Beautiful new facility. You can feel the love that the employees have for one another. My mom is now a patient of Dr. Jones.

The office is spotless clean. The staff listen well and go above and beyond. I had some serious issues but the doctor was kind as well as honest. Dr Jones has an outstanding caring process. It spills over to her assistant, Tammy. The front office staff were wonderful from greeting at the desk all the way thru the end of visit. All questions answered and they take time with you. (Toya and Tamela.) They even called and set up my appointment with the oral surgeon for me because I was a little nervous. Everyone put me at ease. Need excellent dental care ? Go to this office fast !!!! They are awesome 👏

I have been terrified of the dentist since a horrible experience I had when I was 17. I told the ladies here about my fears, and they really came through for me. They didn’t make me feel like a wimp or a baby for being so scared. They always made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel any pain. I love them! They really made my visit pleasant. They were up front with my treatment needs and costs. They provided a treatment plan that outlines appointments and procedures along with the cost of each visit. I am making this my permanent dentist! If you want warm, caring service, come here. Every single one of the ladies that work here are absolute sweethearts!!

I recently moved back to Douglasville and was in need of a new dentist. To know me is to know I highly dislike the dentist that try to upsell you so I was extremely nervous. The staff at Arbor Place Dental were the complete opposite! The front office staff were friendly and accommodating, Tamara was a delight and so was my hygienist! Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable and she made sure I understood the service I was getting that day... I originally went in for a consultation as a new patient but I got lucky and received my cleaning in the same day! Thank you Dr. Jones and staff, this was exceptional service and I’m lucky to have found you all!
