After being led to the examination room, Dr. Anbessie came in and immediately mistook me for someone else, stating "ohh your back we just took your blood". Sorry, Dr. I've never been here before. "Oh, you look just like someone". Then after I explained to him why I was there and he looked at it for 15 seconds and I do mean 15 seconds. I was told I would need to see a surgeon. At this time, he provided a referral for plastic surgeon. I called and they do not except insurance unless it's related to cancer. I contacted this Dr office back who stated they would send out another referral. I did not hear back from the Dr Office. I did get a call from Mary Washington Hospital Center 2 business days later, who advised that they received the referral however they do not complete the type o

The nurse draws blood with her hair falling all over the patient's arm, some even falling from her head and landing on the arm. Then they put the needles and tubes on a dirty stool that they sit on. Do you have any training on hygiene basics???

Had a video conference appointment at 9.45 am, I was exactly called at time for copay and was told doctor supposed to call in 10 minutes. It’s 11.25 am now and called front office, the answer she gave me that patients in the office have priority so I need to wait. This is so unprofessional, I have lots of things to do but waiting without any updates. Not happy. By the way, I talked to Doctor at 11.28, I told him about waiting time, the first answer he gave me was that they are busy and if I am not happy, i could find another doctor. Instead of being sorry or explaining some excuses, this shouldn’t be the correct behavior.

Dr. Anbessie is a very knowledgeable doctor. Good bed side manner. He seems like a very busy man but as long as you’re not running late and the doctors aren’t behind from other patients running late, he will spend time with you to help. The other 2 doctors have also seen me and they were good doctors as well.
