Apthorp has been great to work with all my medication needs. They have been super communicative and helpful. They are always quick to respond via text which is incredibly convenient. Dealing with all these medications can be overwhelming. Apthorp made it simple.

Exceptional customer service. I needed a last minute IVF prescription filled and they went out of their way to work with my doctor to fill it asap. The pharmacist even took the time to explain how to administer a complicated injection. This is how pharmacies should be!

Apthorp is amazing! Their staff and pharmacists are so helpful and go above and BEYOND whenever I have issues with my insurance (which is often). I love that they text and are really personable when they do, I love that I never talk to a bot, that they are kind, friendly and really go the extra mile (or extra 10 miles) to make sure my medicine gets filled quickly and accurately. You can also talk to a pharmacist without a problem (on the phone or in person) to ask any questions, and they are actually happy to help! They do vaccines, too! Apthorp also carries speciality medication so pretty much anything you need they have or will have delivered the next day for you. Lyla truly came through for me. On a Sunday night, when everything was closed, I called a bunch of pharmacies trying to find help. Unfortunately, since it was Sunday, none of them could do anything. Originally recommended by my fertility clinic, Apthorp Pharmacy is one-of-a-kind! This pharmacy creates specific medicines for patients with allergies, but more importantly is efficient and friendly. I live in Philadelphia and would prefer to have my medication shipped from them than use a local pharmacy. Their responses are quick and their knowledge is top-notch. Thank you!
