Apple Valley Dental & Braces

Staff is great. From the reception to the DR's assistants to the oral surgeon himself. Dr. took the time to go over options and genuinely seemed to care that I was well informed and able to weigh my options. He took financial and difficulty of procedures, how long they would take and last as well as what insurance would likely cover or not. The area is a bit on the decline. I would go as far as to say don't leave vehicles unlocked. Cars were vandalized, in the parking lot, during my visit. Officers showed up promptly and arrested the man breaking windows.

My disabled daughter had 12 teeth taken out at once. She was very nervous. The staff walked her through the injections. Telling her that she was doing real well. The Doctor explained before hand what was going to happen to have the teeth removed and what she needed to do afterwords. I recieved verbal and written instructions on what needed to be done once we got home. Her homecare went really well. She did not get dry socket. She goes back 6/30 to start the denture process. I have already referred people to this place. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter. M Nash

Unprofessional is putting it nicely. Wasn’t informed of how the procedure was gonna go and how long it will take. Got three wisdom teeth removed and I left there with no pain medicine. I felt like I was very rushed. The procedure itself was very unprofessional. I was only asked 1 time if I was alright during the procedure. The procedure took about 30min the most. No dental procedure should ever be that fast!! I would highly not recommend this place. I was in excruciating pain and not the dentist or the assistant made sure I comfortable after being discharged!!

I had a couple wisdom teeth removed. I'm from another town, but because I was low income my dentist sent me here. It was all covered by state insurance. I saw all the negative reviews and I'm surprised. It did seem like it was run by young people who probably did not own the place. It was unlike a smalltown dentist. They were not the friendliest, but I think that was because I was not a regular they were quick which I enjoyed and they numbed me up well and gave me laughing gas. I did not get any strong pain reliver to take home, but I knew I would not and that's fine with me. Everything went well. I wonder if they were young because they were just out of school? I hear they have cheap braces so I might try that. Lots of scary reviews though.. if I do try I'll update.

Unprofessional and unscrupulous in their business practices. We paid upfront for my son’s braces, then they told us we owed more money and refused to schedule him to evaluate to remove his braces or continue treatment.
