Pristera Orthodontics

I would give Dr. Pristera and his team 10 stars if possible. What I really appreciate about Dr. Pristera was that he didn’t just do what multiple other orthodontists said to do re: my daughter’s teeth. They wanted to put in one of those hard core expanders with the key. Dr. Pristera said “Nope” and that the expander wasn’t needed and he could accomplish the same thing without it. And, he was right :) Also, the office/staff functions extremely well. Never runs late. Easy to schedule appts. It’s been probably around 4 years and I still bring up with my husband how happy I am we decided to work with Dr. Pristera.

Our daughter has had an excellent experience at Pristera Orthodontics. The entire team is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the first consultation to each follow-up visit, they explain every step clearly and made sure we feel comfortable throughout her treatment. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time — a huge plus! Rescheduling is always so easy. I highly recommend them for your child’s braces and their staff to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

This was an absolute nightmare experience. They do not communicate with you at all, it’s taken 4 months to even figure out the course of action which led to me just finding a new clinic to help me out altogether. I chose this clinic because it was close to my house, and then they refer to me an orthodontist surgery office 2 hours away with horrible parking. They barely communicate with me. This was supposed to be a simple process and not this mentally taxing. Would never ever go again. A nightmare experience.

Amazing first visit! The staff and Dr. Pristera were absolutely awesome, friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. Loved how they explained everything during my scan and X-ray. I left feeling confident and excited to start my treatment!

Very kind and professional staff, their personal and professional approach is extraordinary and unique. The doctor who examined my child is very experienced and talented person . I recommend this place for everyone who is looking for a reliable and very excellent dental care .
