They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure my dad felt comfortable and supported throughout his care. I’ve been coming to Burien Family Chiropractic for around 4 years. The stuff is always friendly. Dr.Manchester has helped me tremendously with my health. He always takes time to listen to your concern and then makes a plan how to help. He sets realistic expectations in treatment. I really like the style of his adjustment techniques. Every time I leave his office I know I will get better. I know It is not magic, and I need to continue taking care of myself, but with his adjustments my body handles daily life better. I want to give 5 stars, the staff that help with stretches and adjustments are all wonderful however, “K”(because I don’t want put her name in this), who answers the phones, comes across as rude and unprofessional. I received a call about how I didn’t fill out paperwork and that I owe over $1600. Her tone was rude and she seems irritated with me and made sure to mention they had tried to contact me multiple times, mind you, I stopped going because my symptoms were getting worse. I proceeded to call my insurance and was told there’s no paperwork to fill out and that it was an error and claims were currently being reprocessed. When I called back the phone was answered without a greeting. I hear someone say it was me who was on the phone. It was quiet for a bit until I said “hello?” Still qui
