Apothecare Pharmacy II

I walked in to pick up and a prescription and get a flu shot. I left crying. The cashier was so out of it. Zero communication. After being left to sit, nobody but me waiting for a shot, nobody even came into the store while I waited.....when I decided to leave, they told me how busy they were, that I was next. I didn't get my needed script nor did I get the shot. I have enjoyed apothecare for years but not any longer. The pharmacist said I'm not helping you. I hope you read this and stay away from this pharmacy.

My Dad started getting his compounded prescription here after having horrible experiences with another pharmacy in Elizabethtown. This pharmacy is efficient and the staff is friendly. The automated system to call in a prescription in advance for later pickup is easy to use and understand. If you need a compounded drug, this is the place to go!

Excellent customer service! They always have my prescriptions ready so fast. Blows Walgreens, or any of those types of places, out of the water. I'll be a customer for life!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst from the staff to service. They never have the meds ready even after they send the automated refill reminder . And the staff are rude and just plain mean when it comes to asking questions

I found a week and a half ago before I went on vacation asking to make sure all of my prescriptions filled and one of which I was gonna run out the day that I come back I was told that it would be filled when I got back and I was able to pick it up. I went over to pick up my prescription. It was not filled. I called Over and the pharmacist proceeded to tell me that they had to order the prescription I asked them if there was anyway that they could get it from another pharmacy of their branch he said, since it was a controlled substance, he was not able to I told him that I had called a week and a half before hand and was told that it would be filled. I proceeded to ask him if one of the other pharmacies through Apothecare had my prescription if I could have my doctor send it to them and he
