Avoid UNC OT at located on 3rd floor at this location if you value basic professionalism or patient care. I arrived seeking medical assistance and was met with unnecessary hostility and unprofessional behavior at the front desk. There was no clear signage, and it took a long time just to locate the correct area. When I finally reached the front desk, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite visibly struggling due to injuries to my hands, I was told I must complete paperwork without any accommodation or assistance. When I asked for her name so I could document the interaction, she refused to provide it. This experience was frustrating, demeaning, and completely unacceptable for a medical facility. I will be escalating this matter to higher administration and advising others

As a warning to all service don't get caught up with good reviews read recent ones. You gotta read don't skip out the details. I'll share and then share why, bad service, the doctor didn't seem to know what they were talking about at all. And they didn't even see my insurance and tried to make me pay this full price for something. Even at the end they asked me what bill I normally pay to see them. I could have said 1$ but I said what was true. Don't go here please for the love of God heck even their sign in the front desk says something that you have to pay right then and there I wish I would have went somewhere else. Even see ice with getting my information was absolutely terrible. I was the only one there and it took me like an hour to be seen. I wasn't allowed to be seen unless I filled

One of the worst experiences i have ever had. We went as my partner was running high fever and had stomach pain. Did Dr Bhawani suggest investigating further? No. Did she check for strep? No. Did she perform physical examination? no. Guess what she suggested Tums and other gastrointestinal calming meds. When she had HIGH fever. We went to a different urgent care in the every as her condition became worse. Guess what.. she tested positive for strep. A test that these people did not even do. Can’t even get their basics right. Best to stay clear of this place.

It’s just look like business, they don’t perform test well. I went for covid test and for help, but the care taker did not took proper sample, it’s like just formality he did and results came like covid negative . Right after going home I performed the test with home kit and it come positive. The worst thing happened to me is they told me Covid —negative and prescribed medication for covid + positive that cost somewhere around $500 with insurance. What is the meaning to go to urgent care?

Visited on 11/18/2025. Total time spent talking to a doctor was less than 5 minutes. Charge for the quick conversation with no prescription, no advice other than that "I'd be fine"? $50. Paid with my HSA card. Months later, I get a charge notifying me that it was actually $150.01! FOR A FIVE MINUTE CONVERSATION with no prescription, no medical advice, nothing. On top of this, the amount i was being billed for in the office at the time was false? Where is the extra $100 coming from?
