This place don’t deserve 1 star because the receptionist and the workers sucks. I’m sure the owner is even worse and he doesn’t know how to run a Diagnostic. This place should close permanently. Lenox Hills and Main Street Radiology so much better and great customer service. Apollo is the worse place to get testing. Management team sucks. Fire them all.

I can’t believe this place got 3 stars and I would give minus 1 star for lack of professionalism and rudeness. They don’t care about their patients making them wait more than 4 hours and being inconsiderate. I wouldn’t waste my time here and find some place else the worse service. Go to Lenox Hills so much better.

This place should shut down. The tech was extremely unprofessional when doing my mom's mammogram. My mom told her when she couldn't tolerate the pain from the pressure on her breast and she kept pressing it down even more. The customer service sucks, and their machines are outdated. If you value your health you should go somewhere else. There's a reason most patients don't go here anymore.

I’ve gone to this place several times even for sono of my pregnancy. They are quick and not a long waiting time. Also they schedule you right away. There many places you call and have appointments months away like if what you need to be done isn’t urgent. The people who work there are friendly and responsible. I haven’t had an issue with them so far. They take almost all insurances. (So I have been told) I’m happy to say that it’s worth scheduling with this office.

Hey, I just called for work, no one picked up but the call was returned by Nalinie Kisten. She said she missed my call and as a record clerk in an attorney's office I call a lot of providers so I was not sure where she is calling from. I asked that she identify her facility so I can trace it back to the exact patient or provider but she said if its important I will call back then she ended the call. I went through all my records to identify her then call back. I called back, she heard my voice and for some reason she ended the call and never called back. I am not sure why she will call back just to be rude. I do not usually leave review but I had to because this is very unprofessional.
