Dr. Sami performed thoracic surgery on me in Feb. 2023, and all went well. Dr. Sami did two operations on my husband in 2024 and 2025 which went well also, just had complications from other issues that has delayed his recovery. We love Dr. Sami. He takes time to listen to us when we have an appt.

Hello, my name is Patricia. I was in pain management for five years before transferring to Apex. I had been living with back pain for a total of seven years. After being recommended for back surgery by three different doctors, I decided to seek a fourth opinion. Dr. Raore and his staff made me feel truly comfortable. They took the time to thoroughly review my previous medical records, obtained updated imaging, and ultimately recommended a Transforaminal Interbody Fusion at S1–L5. I thank GOD for Dr. Raore. I’m so glad I moved forward with the surgery, I no longer experience daily back pain. I would confidently refer Apex to anyone dealing with chronic back issues.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had in the medical system. (For the record I’m not a fan of the system). Apex was responsive from day 1, the process was clear, scheduling was fast, things were expedited when needed, and communication was great. Dr. Sami and the PA in the Columbus location are great even though Dr. Sami doesn't always come to Columbus he is still nice and caring. The other doctors that come their are blah and always seem to be in a hurry to get out of the room. I didn't know till my first appointment that they don't operate in Columbus and I needed surgery which sucked cause I had to drive 2 hours to their surgery center. I still proceed with the surgery and the long drive but what pisses me off is they never told me their surgery center wasn't in network with my insurance all they told me was that my surgery was approved. Guess what I got a huge bill from Apex, tried forever to reach the office finally got someone and it was some lady claiming to be the CEO named Karen. She was nasty and dismissive, told me I had
