These 3 medical experts have shown me nothing but extreme professionalism and endless dedication to my overall wellbeing and my safety while under their direct care for the last 10 years. You may have to wait a few minutes longer than other doctors to see them during your appointments but you will never have to worry about getting the greatest, most extensive and safe medical care while you’re under their supervision and care. Dr. Jones is genuinely knowledgeable and compassionate, and my decision to leave had nothing to do with his care. However, the surgery center’s lack of communication and overall disorganization made it impossible for me to feel safe moving forward. I received conflicting information between the office and the surgery center, read numerous alarming reviews about the Kennedy location, and was then charged a $150 cancellation fee simply because no one at the surgery center would answer the phone. The level of inconsistency and disregard for patient communication was unacceptable, and I ultimately chose to take my care elsewhere despite the positive experience I had with Dr. Jones care.

I would actually give zero stars. My husband is a disabled Veteran with a service dog. But advised no service animals allowed no matter what. Had to file an ADA complaint as they refused my husband’s service dog. Reasoning sterile environment. Yes some areas are sterile but not the whole damn office. Nobody wearing masks, booties or gloves. People coming and going. I am sure bathroom isnt even sterile. We will let the ADA handle the situation from here. Sad is we saw one of their physicians in the hospital who had us follow up after he was discharged with the office. That doctor was aware as he saw the service dog in room at hospital everyday. I even told the lady who scheduled the appt that we would have a service dog with us.

While the care I received was great, the number of times I would have to wait hours for a doctor that wasn't even in the building is absurd. Whether it was a regular office appointment, or at the surgery center, it was and remained a regular problem. Today, I had an appointment I was told in Brandon. When I arrived, the office was locked. I called, and they told me it was Tampa. I live 5 minutes from the Brandon office and never schedule for anywhere else. My time has value, and the provider here doesn't seem to understand that about their patients. I have requested a new provider from the VA and had this note attached to their profile within the VA system.

Well, I try not to use a pain management doctor because of past experiences. Long wait times and rough experiences with office staff being nasty and talking down to me and their other patients. And not calling me back in a reasonable.amount of time. So, I worked hard at finding the right doctor with great reviews. Bingo! Dr.Geoffrey Jones has made me a believer in Pain Management again. The office staff is very professional and seem to really work hard and haven't left me hangin so far! Only one issue has my husband and I concerned. I have SI joint dysfunction and have been suffering for years or more. My insurance company has not "o.k.ed" the procedure even though I have been sent to the surgi-center, twice and have waited there on the surgery date for hours before before being told th
