Anthony Vine, MD FACS

Our family physician recommended Dr. Vine, describing him as a 'doctor's doctor' - and he certainly lived up to that billing. Dr Vine is a thorough, thoughtful and skilled surgeon. He gave me detailed explanations of what the procedure entailed and called me a number of times afterwards to find out how I was doing. I heartily recommend him!

I have not only watched Dr. Vine in surgery (I'm an MD), but I have now experienced his surgical expertise as a patient. Dr. Vine has incredible technical skills as well as being one of the most compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable physicians I know. I have recommended Dr. Vine to all of my friends and family who have needed surgical procedures and would not have considered any other surgeon for my own surgery. My first impression was how wonderful the staff was . Tony Vine is special. He explained everything. He answered all my questions in detail and with patience. He met with me for 20 minutes the day of surgery, and he has called me every day since the surgery. I could not be happier.

Dr. Vine is an extraordinary surgeon and doctor. He takes a meticulous oral history, the way only the very best doctors are trained (or used to be trained) to do. He is a superb surgeon, but what sets him apart is his solicitude and deep empathy and his willingness to go the extra mile for his patients. He coordinated two back-to-back procedures, helping me get all necessary pre-clearance. He also effectively managed an unexpected complication that also required a bunch of quicksilver coordination with other doctors. Dr Vine is a very special doctor and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
