In the beginning, Joanne called and spoke with my 87-year-old mother who asked her to call me on her behalf. She was very empathetic and was able to get us in to the Clifton Park office within 7 days when the other practice was two months Our first impression was meeting the greeter who was very accommodating (sorry I did not get her name) Then nurse, Terry O’Brien, who was lovely, Very caring and gentle with my mother. And then Dr Chismark came in, He asked a lot of questions and listened carefully His bedside manner was very patient and He treated my mother with dignity and kindness. He truly deserves a 5+ star review! Thank you to the full staff for restoring my Faith In medical care.
