Decent office Con: Do not like how they have me sign the waiver to refuse vax every single visit (that’s insane) . Pro: Pretty good with getting patients in and out if you schedule an am appointment ! CON: Big big CON is trying to get a referral! I’ve been trying to get my son a referral for PT/OT for the longest . No one ever answers the referral line. I’ve left a message and all.

I’m extremely disappointed in this pediatric office. They claimed they left me a voicemail, but there was no voicemail on my phone and no record of them calling in my T-Mobile logs. When I questioned this, the woman in billing had the nerve to ask, “What if you deleted it?” as if I’d delete an important voicemail about my child’s care. The reality is they never left a voicemail. Plus, nowhere in their statement did it mention I only had 60-90 days to respond. I never got a single message, and all of their emails went to spam. Now they’re trying to stick me with an $800 bill if my insurance doesn’t pay, even though I updated my insurance information and filled out new paperwork when my child came in back in December. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this place if you can!

So easy to get a sick appointment. They let me interview a provider while I was still pregnant. Take great care of my baby and are very flexible. Cute and clean office and love that they have a sick and well side. Updating after being here for almost 2 years: baby has had an chronic ear infection. Weve been in 3-4 times for treatment. The PA said of her ears weren't better after the injected antibiotic and the steroid we need to go to an ENT. I am a Pharmacist with a doctorate and am professionally trained in using otoscopes. I have worked in clinics and seen my own patients. My child said their ears still hurt and I looked and they are both still very red. I had to call 3 times for a referral before getting a response. There office are okay but there Henderson office is so unprofessional and come across as being very rude and doctors have prejudice especially when you are other ethnicities would never take my children back and after I did leave the clinic they sent me a letter saying that my children were discharged as patients when I brought up the prejudice of one of there doctors and what is really funny I would have never called about it but I did when they said my daughters strep test came back negative which they said that they would give her one but never did and then said that her urine test was negative after the doctor talked in length about how she doesn’t practice that way they are all frauds and horrible people from the front desk that threw me and daughter out of the waiting room saying tha

We took our newborn in for our first doctor’s visit today 8/9/24 at the Henderson and front desk girl was extremely rude and unprofessional to us for no reason. Acted like she had an issue with us. When I mentioned that she was talking to us like we were children she didn’t even have the decency to apologize but instead sighed. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and will be looking for a new pediatrician. I was looking for a way to make a complaint to her supervisor but since I found nothing on their website, here you go.
