Anne Arundel Dermatology Surgery Center

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this surgery center. The first time I tried to contact them to schedule my surgeries Stephanie would not return my calls for three days and I finally had to wait 1/2 an hour online to reach her. The second time I needed to talk to Stephanie again she would not return my calls again for three days and after waiting again for 30 minutes I finally just canceled all of my procedures with them. I have no issues with the doctors or services once I was inside the facility but the scheduling is a giant mess. You would think somebody calling your surgery center trying to give you business that you might be more receptive to scheduling and communication with new customers

I had an excellent experience here--it was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone and I got timely reminders. The procedure itself went well and I got great help and guidance from Dr. Montemarano and the staff there--he even called me after the procedure to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended!

Such great service. Dr.Fayos and her nurse are amazing. They get you in on time, and listen to any questions or concerns that you have. They are terrific and so sweet.
