I’ve been going to this practice since 98 when I moved here from CA. I’ve been extremely satisfied with the care at this facility and have built a very good patient-doc relationship. Dr. Friedler, Dr. Quintos and Carmen Ayala have been my providers all these years. I’ve recommended my family and friends to Thai facility as well. The entire staff is great, the location is a plus!
Carmen Ayala CNP is helpful, smart, efficient, and just a wonderful person. She has been providing care for our family for years and we could not be happier.

Been coming here for years. They recently moved offices. Called in and said my blood work order was sent. Scheduled a meeting with quest diagnostics, turns out the order wasn’t sent when I got there. Time wasted, time wasted from work.
