I was recommended this clinic for a rotator cuff and my experiences were overall terrible. My therapist was distracted and extremely unprofessional. She was either playing on her cell phone or socializing half of the time on every visit. As a result of her negligence, she did not correct my form on a few different exercises and I ended up doing them wrong for weeks. On my session after her winter vacation, she berated me and told me I was doing the exercise wrong even though she didn’t correct my form during my last visit. The worst part is, the place wasn’t even busy on my last visit, and my therapist still spent half of the time staring at her phone.
