- able to schedule appt near-term - busy practice but front office efficient & friendly - poor clinical verbal communication before, during and immediately after treatment - my questions seemed unwelcome or trivialized - neither Dr nor nurse patiently listened to me - I felt rushed out the door; I left planning to find another provider - nothing provided for follow-care or my issues discussed. NOTE: I found a couple of days later in the Piedmont patient portal a nice, complete set of notes that described what was found, what was done and what was recommended. This was helpful and appreciated.

I had my first visit with Dr. Talisse, and overall it went well. The office is conveniently located close to my home, and I was able to schedule an early morning appointment. The check-in process was a bit bland and lacked the warm, welcoming greeting I usually expect at a medical office. However, Dr. Talisse’s assistant was excellent and provided great customer service with a pleasant attitude. Dr. Talisse was very informative and explained my diagnosis clearly and efficiently. I wasn’t fully prepared for the injection I received or the discomfort I experienced the following day. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit; the only improvement would have been knowing my copays ahead of time. I would recommend this office to anyone experiencing foot pain.

Dr. Weinstein listens to your concerns then performs a careful examination of the problem area. Then he advises you of the best course of action to resolve the issue. The Doctor is pleasant and always has the patients best interest up-front as his first objective. Dr. Weinstein is well qualified in his profession. I first went to him several years ago because his reputation is stellar in my community.

I contacted the Ankle and Foot Centers of America at the Fayetteville office for a second opinion. I was thoroughly pleased by the quick appointment I was given, and by the prompt assessment and advice offered by Dr. Weinstein. His advice gave me the answers that I needed to consider in proceeding with further treatment. I highly recommend this business.
