I am having trouble getting the office to respond. I think Dr. Jimenez is a good surgeon but the office is not responsive. I had a part of my big toe nail removed 6 days ago. Unfortunately the pain is getting worse and the toe is swollen and red. The pain is waking me up at night, I called the office and the scheduling service takes all calls. The scheduler called the office for me and was told I would be called back soon. That was 12 hours ago at 9 am. I tried contacting the office through MyChart too and sent a picture, But it takes two days for a response. Guess I will have to go the Urgent Care, No sure what is going on in the office there.

The nurses here were very nice and helpful. Dr. Jimenez was direct and to the point! I loved that about her! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Jimenez is the BEST surgeon! She did Lapiplasty on both feet. She made the surgery experience easy and has helped multiple family members and friends of the family, and we all love her. She's knowledgeable, her staff is always super helpful and nice, and it's been a big relief having her as our expert.

Dr. Margo is an amazing medical provider! Her office is CLEAN , well organized, appointments run on time, Medical Assistants are knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is top notch! They even had a squish mellow for my 11 year old to squeeze while getting the lidocaine injection and procedure completed! They even had freezy spray to make the lidocaine injection better!

I was disappointed. After five years of being treated by Elizabeth LPN at Dr. Rossi office. She was not only professional she went above and beyond just trimming toe nails. She gave me a near spa experience. She set the bar too high. I hate that Dr. Rossi's office closed. I'll have to settle for mediocrity eventually but until then I'll keep looking for something at least close.
