At my very first appointment she diagnosed and proposed the treatment plan that required surgery that would resolve my right foot issues i experienced over the years. I found Dr Balkaran by chance while searching on Google for a foot reconstructive surgeon. I looked further into her credentials as I hire my Dr's! I found her on Facebook with cutting edge modalities! From fat pad transfers to laser for neuropathy and MIS, Minimal Invasive Surgery for bunions. I was at another practice that told me that he would not perform the lapidus without the full reconstruction surgery. This reconstruction surgery comes with a brutal recovery of no weight on your foot for 6 weeks, then by the 10th in a tennis shoe. This is a long 3.5 hour surgery and the recovery is worse. Had a 3pm appointment on 2/25/26. Arrived at 2:41pm waited over an hour. To be sat in the dr chair 40 mins. Then Dr Diaz come into office with no compassion,empathy, or apology for having me wait 1hr & 50 mins. She ask why I seem upset I told I her been here 2:40 she look at the computer & tell but my appointment wasn’t until 3pm at this time it was already 4:45. Worst Customer Service ever office management needs to learn how to respect people and their time and not make accusations and not yell at customers never come back or anybody to come here.
