I have one star because when I spoke to her about the side effects of a medication I taking and interest in getting off she raised the strength of the medication even with my concerns. She made it feel like I was irrelevant. Then I got a call about a follow up and I ask the rep to give me a second to see if I can do that date & time and got hung up on. Only to get a notification that my appointment was set for that time and date without my commitment. It looks like the staff as a whole needs better people skills.

I don’t understand the bad reviews about Dr. Beecham Robinson. I started seeing Dr. B-Robinson about a year ago and I must say that I am totally and 100% happy with the care, service and follow ups she provided thus far. I recently went to see her about a recurring problem; she ran some tests and assured me that my issue was not what I thought it was. She immediately had me follow up with a specialist. This doctor listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the care I needed. She even followed up with me via the connect website. My advice: see her and judge for yourself. Don’t be swayed by the bad reviews. She is very sweet and has a kind spirit.

I am giving Dr. Beacham-Robinson one star because she cancelled three appointments in a row at the last minute by text message.I didn't receive a follow up phone call, just the directive to call back and make another appointment. I am disappointed and surprised by the lack of professionalism from this office. I am unable to select zero stars, so I am giving her one star.
