Dr. Desai himself is a personable and good doctor. HOWEVER, the staff at the office are the most incompetent I have ever run across. Dr Desai's nurse never returns calls [I am calling for 6 weeks now]. The person who was supposed to handle my CPAP machine order never put it in [I've been waiting to hear something for over a month ). When I was finally able to reach a live person, she conveyed to me that it was being taken care of and I would receive that call. Nope! A doctor needs an efficient staff to carry on. Unfortunately, that isn't the case here.
Dr Desai has an incredible personality. You immediately become relaxed when meeting Dr Desai. Also you are not hurried through your exam.
Dr Desai is an excellent physician who follows up and checks on his patients
