*Revised Review* I had previously left a low review due to issues getting a prescription for my cats food, she has sensitive tummy issues and we have been trying to get to the bottom of it. However, since then Dr Annie has gone above and beyond to make amends, she truly cares about the animals and I want to recognize that! Mistakes happen and she took it very seriously to make sure amends were made for the health of my cat. Basically I tried my cat on an over the counter food first which was going well but then she started vomiting again and lost her appetite so I got very concerned and decided to go to the next recommended step of prescription food. I cannot say enough thank you to Dr. Lim and Animal Wellness Center for the incredible care they provided for our very senior dog, Mook. He was suddenly diagnosed with severe kidney disease, and our previous vet recommended either euthanasia or trying hospitalization at an emergency hospital. However, due to his heart murmur, there was a concern that his heart wouldn’t hold up under the stress of IV fluids. We were looking for a private clinic rather than a big corporate vet, so we decided to visit Animal Wellness Center, which also offers acupuncture. Dr. Lim suggested a unique approach of daytime-only hospitalization during office hours. We have had a horrendous experience with Animal Wellness Center. My boyfriend and I’s sweet puppy was administered his final parvo vaccine by a vet here prior to 16 weeks. We trusted that the vet would know timelines/age puppies should be receiving vaccines, since this seems pretty standard. Fast forward to shortly after, as we became very concerned when our puppy was having persistent diarrhea, so we took him back in and were seen by a different vet at Animal Wellness Center.  She told us that she definitely disagreed with the first vet's instructions and did not recommend getting the final parvo vaccine prior to 16 weeks. We cannot say enough amazing things about Animal Wellness Center. We are beyond grateful for all of the help they have given us the past year with our puppy, Barkley. She has seen both Dr. Edstrom and Dr. Annie several times, and they both are so knowledgeable, honest, patient, and kind. I am a first time puppy parent with a million questions, but every staff member always takes the time to help me and answer everything. The office staff is amazing too - I have called the office on numerous occasions to ask questions and they are all so helpful, and also email me back so quickly. I know Barkley is in the best hands when she is at AWC, and that is the best feeling in the world. We actually recently moved about 40 minutes away, but we don't want to switch vet offices - AWC is so incredible

I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic. My dog has serious allergies, and we regularly buy medication from here — which they know I can’t get elsewhere without a prescription. Every time I call, there are delays and excuses. Meanwhile, my dog is suffering — licking and chewing his paws — and no one seems to care. Please improve your professionalism and stop making promises you don’t keep.
