My three dogs love this vet! I brought my pug in for a broken nail that was very deep- they put him under anesthesia and after one day he is back to being my playful pup. The price was amazing too! My previous vet was trying to run unnecessary tests but Dr. Puig was very kind and knew exactly what it was right away and treated it. From now on even though I live far I always bring my dogs back. I also have a new rescue who is traumatized and is pretty aggressive they handled him very well and did not push his boundaries! Very impressed with the other staff as well they’re always very kind and understanding and recognize my dogs right away 😊 never had a bad experience and I’m sure you won’t either.

We met Dr. Puig several years ago thanks to our friend Harriet, and feel very fortunate. We had several dogs who Dr. Puig and his staff took care of during the past few years. We now have Czar, who is a 4 year old and 82 lbs terrier mix (predominantly pit bull), who we adopted about 4 months ago and who never really spent much time at the vet before he came to us. He has to go to see Dr. Puig regularly as he has a skin condition, he needs medications and to be monitored, and of course he acts up as he is scared and not used to it. Dr. Puig knows how to approach every dog, including our Czar, and earn their trust and love. Knowledgeable, caring and professional, I trust 100% the opinion I get from Dr. Puig. My dog Suziebelle has been a patient of Dr. Puig for the past 4 years. I have found him to be very honest, very compassionate, professional and learned. His front office people are equally dedicated and do everything they can to make patients feel comfortable. I am so grateful for having found him. He does whatever he can to keep the prices down in an environment where prices are always going up. It's obvious that he cares not only about his patients, but for their families as well.

I am very disappointed with the care and transparency at this clinic. I recently paid $240 for my cat’s annual assessment, which was supposed to include a fecal and urine test. The fecal sample wasn’t usable, and I was asked to bring another one along with a urine sample I had to collect myself at home. All I was given was a cup and syringe, and the doctor suggested I try using a trash bag as a makeshift litter box — saying “it works sometimes with some cats.” Since I had never done this before and my cat is only one year old, I had to go out and buy additional supplies myself to even attempt it.
