Anika Paul, DPT

I want to give a shoutout to Dr. Anika Paul at Mettle Physical Therapy. I came in babying my left shoulder, trying to manage the pain with magnesium butter, essential oils, and stretches. She was kind but also completely unimpressed. Dr. Paul did a full assessment and got me moving right away. Since then, I’ve been stretched, cupped, and challenged in all the right ways. She doesn’t downplay the pain, but she doesn’t let it take over either. Her cheerful, grounded presence is a huge part of the healing. The journey is long, but with her, I’m up for it. Highly recommend.
