My name is Pamela Mikusek and I am a hand therapist here in Dallas. I started using the PIPro several years ago. It is my absolute favorite product to use to work on extension (making the finger straight). It's comfortable and easy for the patient to use. My favorite is the soft fit but still like having the standard PIPro as an option. Very happy with this product. Can't recommend it enough!

As a hand therapist, I have been using this product with nearly all of my PIP flexion contractures since the product became a available a couple of years ago. This is the best invention to come to hand therapy in the last decade! I prefer the Soft fit for most patients but occasionally will progress to the original/standard fit if the contracture persists. Not only is it a great product but the company is great about answering questions and the turn around for product shipping is so fast! Couldn't be happier! (not an Ad!).

After my successful surgery for gamekeeper’s thumb I experienced significant stiffness in my thumb. Dr. Watchmaker and his team recommended I try the KuckleUp splint to help increase mobility. Easy to use and painless, I used it twice per day during my rehabilitation. I now see equal flexibility between both thumbs.
