I just had an ablation performed by Dr Rutnik. Words can not express my gratitude for the wonderful job he did and for the above and beyond effort he placed in making sure my ablation was successful and optimal. He took extra time to make sure that it was done properly and that the results were as good as humanly possible. I am so happy that I found a doctor that is this good and caring. Almost as important as the actual ablation is the excellent conversation that I had with him prior to the procedure regarding what else I need to do to optimize results and my overall health. I wish I had found Dr. Rudnick at the beginning of my A-Fib situation. Another cardiologist implanted my LOOP monitor and I feel as if the procedure did not go as smoothly as it should have, which is one of the reasons I requested to be switched to Dr. Rudnick's care. I've only seen him a couple of times in the roughly 4 months since my procedure, but I have a very good feeling about him. He listens, and he seems patient, sympathetic and extremely competent. The only caveat i will add is that no matter who the physician or practice is, you've GOT to learn as much as you can about every aspect of your care and situation, in order to be your own best advocate.
