Went to see my primary care provider who stressed to me the importance of getting my hernia repaired and what the reprocussions could be if not taken care of. This doctor seemed to not have any concern if any further damage could happen from a result of me working and lifting things as heavy as 50lbs or more. So with a hernia, that is already causing pain, and some days so bad that I will throw up, he sent me back to work with NO RESTRICTIONS till after surgery, which he is refusing to give me just because I am a smoker. I am aware of the risks that comes with being a smoker but that should be my risk to take. This guy will no longer be involved in my surgery or my care whatsoever. I didnt want to deal with this surgery in the first place but my primary doctor stressed to me the importance
