I love this gym so much. I've been going to this gym for almost two years and I have zero complaints. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly every time I'm there. I love their classes and I especially love one of their trainers, Charlotte. She's been such an amazing help and influence in my life over the last year since joining her class on Wednesday nights. She extremely kind, patient, helpful person and I'm so thankful that she's at this gym. I hope to be able to frequent this gym for years to come ❤️

The energy here is as calming or motivating as you might need. The humans that work here are kind and helpful. This is my second visit. I actually woke up early to come ride the bike. I went to Thailand and back (only kidding)! I feel like exercise royalty and I am a newby exerciser. Give this place a try. I bet (if I were a betting human) you will love it here too! Next visit, a class in the swimming pool. PS- lovely seasoned seniors check your insurance...you too may be eligible for membership! Owner and all staff create such a helpful and positive environment. The sign-up and close-out process is very easy and the prices are very fair for the 24 hour use! There’s a good mix of age ranges and fitness levels, so no need to be self conscious. The pool is a nice touch but not for intermediate level swimmers looking for a workout. Definitely would choose over other gyms in the area.

This club is the best! But I tend to go really late at night, sometimes after midnight. Place is always clean, all machines are usable, and I can always use the machines as long as I want and then shower. The only thing I'd like is for the woman's sauna to work at night 😒 It's the reason I'm having to start going at least once a week during the day...
