People are always friendly. Looks like they genuinely love animals. I would take my dog there if I lived in town. Some good looking girls work there also which is a bonus :). Never been treated bad being there. Not a single time. Greated fast and friendly when walking through the door also. Didn't smell like animal urine.

We came to get a second opinion and estimate on a tooth removal for our 11lb poodle mix. We were looking at over a thousand at another vet. Shelton quoted significantly less. They had reasonable wait times for an preliminary exam as well as surgery dates. The veterinarian was kind, patient, and explained what they could and could not offer. We are moving forward with surgery after a blood panel was conducted. I wish they were closer to my home as I liked the staff and facilities.

We have gone to Shelton vet for past 7 years. They now have a new second vet and she is AMAZING.. so caring about our dogs. Great job finding her and adding her to the staff.

The staff are friendly and amazing. They took great care of my dog and even clipped her nails. This service was above and beyond what we expected.
