I was very impressed with Anchor Pharmacy. Their communication was prompt and consistent, and even when there was a delay in receiving my medication, they kept me well informed every step of the way. The staff was kind, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any specialty medication needs.

The delivered my medications in time - even sooner - and the package was exemplary. I am taking a medication that must be kept cold and they packed it with gel ice packs. Thank you for being so careful and so prompt. I placed the order at 10 am and I got the medication at 7 pm same day.

I will NEVER get my meds from them again! I got a prescription for pain and was to get 120 pills! Why when I opened the bottle and counted them to only receive 100 pills? I paid for 120 pills but only got 100!!! Now of course they gonna say that the dispensary was correct, but I know what I received! I don’t know who is taking peoples medication there but someone is and someone dropped the ball on my count this month! I know I didn’t get all of my pain medication as I should have! I called them to let them know but they gonna say that it was dispensed correctly! I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT NO IT WAS NOT! SO ONE IS LYING! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR MEDICINE! THIS PLACE WILL NOT GIVE YOU ALL OF IT BUT CLAIM THAT THEY DO! SOMEONE IS STEALING OR NOT GIVING THE CORRECT COUNT! THEY WILL NOT AA

I have the unfortunate of experience of dealing with this pharmacy for the last few months and they are very rude and they lack any type of empathy towards the patient. I've been waiting since March of this year to get a Rx for my son. I've spoken to several supposedly managers from Brittany to Margo. These ppl don't like giving you there names to hold them accountable. It does not take 6 months to get a prior authorization. Keep in mind I've gotten a phone call today telling me they have a manufacturing issue regarding my son's medication that it's out of stock and they have no one of knowing when it will be in stock. At this point I'm over this pharmacy. If it wasny due to my son really needed this medication, I would ask if it would be able to transferfered elsewhere at this point. Ppl.

Cheryl was amazing and so accommodating that she literally made my vacation possible. Anchor went above and beyond to ensure my scrip was filled the day before my trip by some outstanding teamwork and incredible customer service. Cheryl, you rock, thank you! Kathleen Sullivan.
