Never had a problem here. But today a staff member called me to confirm my mother’s appointment. Since the start she was speaking with an attitude and upset cause I had not confirmed the appointment through their text message system. Was rushing me to say yes or no if my mother was going to the appt and I told her I wanted to reschedule and got more upset. Did not want to reschedule me and transferred me to someone else to do it but I obviously hung up because that totally made me not want to bring my mother back to this office. Clearly she was not having a good day, the rudeness and attitude was unnecessary. After 3 years of care at this practice, I decided to leave. Their front desk receptionist, Spencer, is disrespectful and outright nasty. All last week starting Tuesday, I was trying to reach someone to make a follow-up appointment and get a lab order to see the PA. The entire time I've been at this practice, I've done telehealth medicine. Fast forward, I decided to reach out to the so-called doctor though the patient portal about my experience (I've NEVER seen this guy the entire time I've been at the practice, as he has mid-levels running it), and he responded with, "What can we help you with?" Incredibly frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment back in May and I got booked to July, then I got rescheduled in July for September, and now I get a call that I need to be rescheduled for end of December. This is incredibly frustrating and disheartening for someone dealing with a medical condition. Dr. Manessis came highly recommended but what's the point if I'm never able to see him.

Awful People and Office! If this review is removed, it will be reposted and reposted again!!! I initially scheduled an appointment with Dr. Manessis last year and waited approximately three months to be seen. Just prior to my appointment, I was informed via text that I would first be seen by the physician assistant, followed by Dr. Manessis. During the visit, the assistant asked general questions that could have been addressed over the phone. The consultation lasted no more than 7 minutes. After that brief interaction, I was expecting to see Dr. Manessis, but was told I would need to wait another four months for that appointment. I agreed, though it was already frustrating. Then, three days before my new appointment, I received another message saying Dr. Manessis would not be available.

The worst experience ever. I was diagnosed with glandular tumors and my condition is critical. I can't breathe at all. He diagnosed me with this. He saw me once and after that I don't know how to reach him at all. His customer service is extremely bad. I don't know how to get an appointment. The biggest surprise I received is that he doesn't perform operations or do anything. I want to know what kind of doctor he is. I don't advise anyone to visit this place at all. My condition is critical because of him. He even refused
