Hi! I can hear for around 6 months and I can truly say this didn’t help any of the problems I came in with. I went to one who specializes in teen help (since I’m in high school) and I have to say that this gave me more problems then help me fix any of mine. Some of the attitude used made me nervous to open up. I mention a family history with a certain mental condition and suddenly my therapist is upset that I even suggested it. I talked about gender identity and was told that I was debating it because of a trend. I struggle with some problems with anger and every time I had to come in, I would just end up angrier than before. Including the attitude, not jus my therapist had a horrible attitude.. One of their "counselors" seems to think it's appropriate to armchair diagnose people as narcissists on tiktok for disagreeing with them. Someone took 1 psychology class and decided he knows what all people want. He's also loudly and proudly proclaiming that he works here by name. great for your advertising! Guess he forgot that reviews are a thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Went for a couples counseling appointment. My husband and I sat in the lobby for 1/2 hour, there was no one at the front desk, we were told to be early for paper work so we were, we also stayed 15 minutes past what our appointment time was. We tried calling and no one answered the phone. We traveled 20 minutes for this first appointment with them and ended up walking out after not being able to even talk to the receptionist or anyone. This place is a JOKE

Don't waste your time. They will get you to talk about things you told them you didn't want to talk about. Nobody at the front desk. This place is a joke. I should have known better especially if the name Anastasia is involved. This is why I didn't want to talk to a woman
