Aspen Dental - Mason City, IA

I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental in Mason City. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The clinic uses modern technology like digital scans and X-rays, which made everything quick and efficient. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything clearly during the exam. I appreciated that they took the time to go over my dental health and answer my questions about treatment options and alignment. They also helped me understand my insurance coverage and set up a payment plan, which made the process much easier and stress-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’m glad I chose this clinic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and caring dental team!

Everyone was very helpful and polite the dentist seemed very knowledgeable and explained things very well to me. The only reason i gave four stars is because I wish they were able to do same-day treatment for basic things like getting a tooth pulled especially when someone’s in a lot of pain. I really appreciated that they also sat me down afterwards to discuss my insurance and a treatment plan for my specific needs and laid out all the costs after insurance so I know exactly what I’m facing financially.

Wasn't happy to have an appointment at 2pm, arrived at 1:45 to fill out paperwork and was put in a room. Didn't see the doctor until after 3pm. My visit was 15 minutes total face to face with the doctor and still need to reschedule to complete the dentures, but only after I make an appointment to figure out a payment plan for what my insurance isn't paying. I couldn't stay and discuss a plan because I had another appointment I needed to be at by 4pm across town that I barely got to. I am hoping I won't be held hostage for hours when I do start this process

Was very pleased with Aspen dental. However the care credit too pay for my dental work gave me an approval we applied there at your office. We entered the needed info. It came back congratulations you've been approved for $1,300. With a $69. Payment per month. So all dental procedures were set up. Then came a message to my email saying they needed to confirm my identity. That was supposedly all that was needed. So I sent them the asked for facial video, and pictures of the front and back of my driver's license. Now it says pending please call this number. So I called the number your people said we have decided to decline you credit. Just no after congratulations you have been approved. So now being disabled on a $1300. Disability check i can no longer have my teeth fixed.h

Everyone that works there has a wonderful attitude and very professional. I've been going there for years and have not been dissappointed and plan on going forever. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
