I am so grateful to everyone at Central Park Dentistry from the gal who answered phone, Dr. Jenn, and Joanna for getting me in so quickly. Dr. Jenn tested my tooth, with various tools. She felt that I was having a sinus infection. She prescribed meds and will check on me Friday. To the best of my knowledge, I have never had sinus infection, felt like very bad toothache! I've appreciated receiving excellent care here over the years, from both Dr. Lala and Dr. Hansen, and their hygienists, for both routine care and complex dental issues. Everyone has been quite professional and all do well at explaining details and options for treatment.

Dr Lala & Amy & office checkin: Dr La very thorough and very personable! Makes you feel at ease if you’re nervous going to the dentist. Amy is an awesome dental assistant! Very informative on any questions asked and gentle on cleaning your teeth. The Office girls are very nice and prompt getting you checked in and out. I rate them on a scale of 1-10…. A 10 being the best!!!

Every time I go to Central Park dentistry in Mason City I have an amazing experience. Dr. Thackery is amazing, and her assistant is amazing as well. They always make sure I’m comfortable and doing okay the entire time. They explain everything step by step.

Always a great experience! Holly is an amazing Hygienist. Today, I got to see Dr. Thackery - and she is talented, personable and a pleasure. All of the front desk folks were also very kind and friendly!
