I cannot recommend this practice enough, specifically Karina and Kaitlyn. We live over two hours away, but the drive is 100% worth it for the level of care Alex receives. They consistently go above and beyond, staying on top of every detail and making themselves available whenever we need them. It is rare to find people who are this professional yet genuinely caring. We love them and are so grateful for the impact they’ve had on my son’s health and well-being.

The entire staff was friendly, understanding, and truly cared about my son’s well-being. Since I needed him seen as soon as possible, the nurse practitioner was the only one available, and she was fantastic. She immediately knew what to do and exactly what to prescribe for him. I left feeling grateful and confident that my son was in excellent hands.

Took my 6 year old to the Saint Nicklaus location for treatment. I was extremely pleased! The staff were all very kind and professional. Dr. Duarte was informative and practical with excellent bedside manner. She and her staff had my child very relaxed and giggling for the entire appointment, and I feel very confident in their diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. The home care instructions and directions for prescribed medications were very clear and we were given some useful print outs. We will continue bringing our child here for any other dermatological needs and would happily recommend this office to anyone in need of a pediatric dermatologist.

Sarah Naviwala, PA-C, is outstanding. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Her treatment was effective, and she addressed my concerns with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find a provider who combines expertise with genuine compassion. I am so thankful to God for Dr. Duarte! She is truly THE best! My daughter was born with a large segmental hemangioma on her face and around her head. We lived in Ocala at the time and drove every month to Miami to be treated, for almost two years! Her team is also THE best! They always treated my Grace like a rock star! She loved going to see them. Today, she is 14 and you would never know she ever had a hemangioma. Dr. Duarte is professional, caring and knows what is best! I will always be so thankful for her.
