Dr Fandino is an excellent physician. She has been my personal doctor for many years. Although I enjoy a long friendship with her. The most critical role she plays for me is my trusted advisor for my health and well being. I value her honesty and knowledge and value her feedback when pushing me hard for my well being. I recommend her services without hesitation and despite moving from Miami I will continue to work with her as she is a key advocate for my health.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Fandino for 10 years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is kind and willing to help with any questions I have. Dr. Fandino also takes her time with me during every visit and explains my health in the best way to help me understand my concerns and medical conditions. In addition the office is always clean, sanitary. I can not have ask for a better doctor, staff and care towards my health.

Everyone is very professional and pleasant. Dr. Fandino is thorough and spends time with her patients. She listens to and works with her patients to help them achieve optimum health. The dermatologist is also very professional and pleasant. She, too, spends time with her patients making sure all questions are answered and her patients receive the care they need.

The dr's good as is the dermatologist, now the front desk i have an issue with. Kindly admitted to have completely forgotten to schedule me for the appointment she had already given me an appt reminder card two weeks earlier. First day, waited 1 hour after my appt time. Second visit appt time 9am, as were 4 other people there, not sure if thats their method but dont schedule 5 people for the same time and then see them in the order they signed in, that to me is a darn walk in. Ordered my BP medication with the wrong pharmacy 3x, its like they're no listening. Lastly, i called to explain an issue i was having with my BP medicine, called me back two days later sayinf they had ordered different meds with the pharmacy, i call the following day to find out they hadnt. In short, great doctor

I wish I could give no stars. I needed a Dr. Close proximity I was recommended to the Dr. Worst place ever reception is rude no customer service what so everrr, I stayed gave it a chance worst ever. The medical assistant have my name wrong, wrong information. On top of that the placed me in a room for over an hour and NO one came to see me or check on me. I went out asked for my paperwork they gave it to me only spoke in Spanish. racist facility if you are of Color (black they will mistreat you) I have never felt so disgusted. I got there checked in all paper was done @ 8:45 I walked out at 10am..worst ever. I never write an review but this place is so disgusting..unkept I had to share my experience. This office is for Latins ONLY!
