Came highly recommended by my partner, Made an appointment on zocdoc. Travelled over an hour to get to the office. No one was there. Called the number, a receptionist called Nicole said she is on maternity leave, she cancelled my appointment, and she ‘hasn’t gotten around to updating zocdoc’. I told her I didn’t get a cancellation and I had no voicemail. She then proceeded to tell me I did not make an appointment, I must be confused, and maybe I made an appointment with a different doctor. My partner has a confirmed appointment with her next week. No one has contacted her to let her know the doctor is out either.

Dr. Rose is wonderful. She is a good doctor and thorough. From the second that I started interacting with her she was very adamant about addressing the skin issues that I had and meeting them head-on. After suffering with my own skin condition for quite a long time she was very quick to see what the problem was and tell me and inform me about the options that I had. I would highly recommend her to anybody that is embarrassed or worried about their skin.

Dr. Rose was very pleasant, had great bedside manners, sympathized my lifelong skin issues and even suggested me to think about a new treatment. In all, it probably took less than ten minutes from the moment I went into the exam room and leaving the clinic which was fine since I know what to expect with my issue.

This Dr. and place was like a used car lot. They kept trying to upsell my wife on services and push you into multiple appointments. My wife went to just get a check up and then it ended up being 3 visits and costing us a ton of money even with insurance. I had to pay a number of what seemed unnecessary bills to Buka Derm. They are just about the $.

Dr. Rose is awesome! She's super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We all go to her, and recommend her to all of our friends and family.
