Amerita Specialty Infusion Services - Raleigh

Amerita is overcharging me.. I authorized them, in writing, to charge me $15 per day which they did with the first bill which I promptly paid. However, they raised the rate to $40 per day for the second bill & they are refusing to correct it although they acknowledge I signed for $15. I am so fed up!

I am very upset with this company. I was originally getting my infusions from a nurse out of High Pointe and she was on time, never had any issues, she would bring the drug with her and then this new location opened up and it has been terrible. My meds got switched from once every 8 weeks to every 4 weeks, the pharmacy had it on file but never clarified it on time and the day of my infusion I did not have my meds when my nurse showed up and had to wait another week for my infusion. I texted my nurse a week ago and asking the date for infusion to ensure the meds would be here, they arrive the day before only for my nurse to tell me that I was never put on her schedule from the office. So now, I go without meds AGAIN or she offered to show up at 9pm. I'm so glad to have a nurse willing to co

Nurse did not show up on scheduled time. I talked with the nurse manager, rescheduled, but again didn't show up. Not very professional service.

My daughter is on a life treating medication this company told the hospital that they could supply her heart medicine there were things that we had to do ok we were fine with that they sent out the medicine to get her home and the nurse to show us how to change her meds and things to look out for that we would have to get her to closes ER well that night she was supposed to go home other things were not ready so that Monday while waiting on to get released from hospital after 2 months the nurse comes in and tell us that they couldn't take her insurance well they had said yes then know so if something else had not changed her going home we would have been there with no medicine for her to get what kind of business is this you are playing with people loves and when trying to reach so one on
