America's Best Inn Chattanooga Hamilton

SKETCHY! While conveniently located near my destination, it wasn't exactly a pleasant experience. I've never stayed anywhere in which you dealt with staff through a plexiglass window with a small hole in it. That should have given me some indication as to what I was in for. The room was dirty and had a broken toilet lid. I almost slid off into the floor before I realized it. People wandered around in the parking lot and played loud music outside my window at all hours of the night. Didn't even feel comfortable leaving my car out there. If this is America's best, we're all doomed.

This is the nastiest motel that I've ever stayed (actually scratched that rented, cause I didnt stay) at. I paid 80 dollars plus tax and we I went into the room. It hadn't even been cleaned the bed was unmade and trash was everywhere plus she made meh pay an extra dollars cause I talked to the guy who stayed in the room before I rented it she said he owed ten and made meh pay it, there where roaches everywhere, and probably bed bugs I wouldn't even sit down so I didnt take the time to check for them. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. Oh,,,, and also the bathroom was foul, broken toilet disgusting tub. And there was no refrigerator.

We had reserved this room through the corporate headquarters. The room was priced at $120.00. We were told we had two queen size beds and a fold out bed. We checked in (the lobby was closed by the way) and found our room had two double beds and no fold out. Front desk couldn't do anything about it. They only have double beds. This place has long term renters mixed in with the rest of the rooms. One of the renters propositioned a family member thus terrifying her!. The entrance and stairway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No coffee in the room. Three wash clothes. Two thin bars of soap. No breakfast. Greatly overpriced. This place is more than a little creepy. Keep going!

🤢👎 I honestly wouldn't even give it one star!!! Beds were nasty like they weren't changed just made back up, the floors were gross, they weren't even vacuumed. Our wash clothes that were suppose to be "clean" were wet. Our AC/heater didn't work. They dont have an ice machine. The sink was covered in hair and also the shower was nasty & had hair all in it. When you turn the tv on there is no picture only sound. The phone didn't work and the shower water constantly ran. The price to stay is cheap and now I see why but it should be cheaper. There are cops riding around the parking lot all night. I don't think it is a very safe area. We also got a none smoking room and there were burns in the beds, smelled like smoke, and also ashes all in the floor.🤢👎

Room was very clean and comfortable. Checked for bed bugs, (as we always do,) no visible sign. You can definitely tell that they are trying to turn this place around. Which, as contractors, we understand how difficult and expensive just maintaining a motel can be in this economy. Keep up the good work.
