I had a very disappointing experience with the eye doctor Chasens From the moment I met her she came across as very serious, unfriendly, and honestly quite rude My previous eye prescription (done at another location) had expired according to their policy I explained that I felt comfortable with that prescription and preferred to use the same one. However, they charged me $69.00 for a new exam with her After giving the new prescription some time and trying the glasses I truly could not adjust to the new formula. I had a very disappointing experience at this location, just horrible!!!!!! I came in specifically to be tested for and purchase progressive lenses, which was clearly discussed and recommended during my visit. However, after paying, I was given something else, which is of no use to me, When I tried to address the mistake, the customer service was extremely poor. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a clear solution, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. I ultimately left without receiving what I paid for, and now I’m stuck with something I cannot and will not use, i can’t see anything with these, so they basically took my money and just gave me whatever they wanted, which is unacceptable. NEVER doing business with them again and will not recommend my family and friends. Jus

Walked in and told me that I had appointment. They checked me in quickly and took me to get my eyes examined. Finally it was time for my glasses. ANNETTE knew what she was doing and helped me look for the perfect glasses for me. I chose the one that I liked but later she comes with a better pair.Dhe went over all prices and what it included. She is a people person, very friendly, and loves what she does. If you need to get glasses Annette is your girl.
