Fast reliable efficient service. Was in and out of the office quickly. Gave it only 4 out of 5 stars because would of preferred to pay my co payment on the spot and because receptionist at end when I was leaving was on the phone and simply dismissed me with we will be bill the insurance. Otherwise amazing place for your care.

My experience with American Hearing and Balance began about three and a half years ago when I first went in for a hearing test. During that test, I discovered that I had 50% hearing loss in my right ear and 30% hearing loss in my left ear. From the very beginning, Maria has been incredibly helpful. After conducting my hearing test, she spent a great deal of time explaining my hearing loss and carefully walking me through the different hearing aid options available, while also being mindful of my financial situation. A few months ago, I decided it was time to upgrade to a new pair of hearing aids, so I went back for an updated hearing test. I would have given them 5 ⭐️s but I had to drive to Torrance to pick them up. I ordered them in Long Beach close to my home. The problem was, Eric is only in Long Beach on Wednesdays and I'm leaving town for a month on Sunday. My original hearing aids are 3 years old and the new ones are a good improvement. I had custom ear molds made for the first time, and this was a good decision. The fit is very comfortable and improves the sound quality. Eric was a good technician to work with and very thorough explaining the different types of hearing aids being offered. The two days I've been wearing the new hearing aids for two days and very happy with them.

Lady Dr. is very kind and patient. During my Mother visiting in April 2025 for a hearing test the Lady doctor spent ample time adjusting, fixing and cleaning. This October 2025 we returned for a six-month hearing aid adjustment and cleaning, but my mother forgot to wear hearing aid. The Lady Dr. promptly rescheduled her appointment. An excellent Lady Dr. with outstanding customer service. Thank you .

I took my daughter here to get her hearing tested and balance. The receptionist was very kind and the technician was very thorough with her testing, friendly and accommodating. I’am glad that we chose this office in Torrance to go to.
