My mom recently took a fall and we had to reschedule her appointment. Upon calling the office, the staff answering was warm, kind, and sincere about her care. When we arrived Pontu was so very kind. She greeted us with a heartfelt smile and you can just see in her eyes she really cares about each person that walks in. Our time with the Specialist was wonderful. She listened to my mother's concerns with empathy, retested her hearing, and educated us both on her hearing and needs. Erika was born to do this work and is just a spunky little beauty. I noticed while in her office and she was cleaning Mom's hearing aids she really pays attention to each specific concern and remembers the tiny things, like the new baby in the family that was due around Thanksgiving. Cheerful Folks always upbeat. I had a great experience the first time and second time and plan to continue working with them. My hearing aids were what was needed and I figure they will fine tune them and keep me in touch with conversations. They never once tried to up sell or steer me to something not needed. Big Hugs to that group

Dr. Daily at American Hearing is great. She explains thoroughly in easy to understand terms. She walked me through the process of ordering my hearing aids them once she received them two days later she walked me through the set up and synching them to my phone. Great customer service, very short waiting times and professional care.

Top-notch staff—always competent, caring, and friendly. I’ve had my hearing aids for seven years now, and they’re still going strong. When the domes began to sit loosely or pop out, the audiologist simply put in some inexpensive retention wires, which made a huge difference! (By contrast, some piggish megacorporation would have hidden that option in favor of a new set of hearing aids for $5K or more.) Thanks, American Hearing! Great work!

I had a clogged ear. I tried EVERYTHING. I could have saved myself a lot of discomfort, time, and money, just by going here first. My ear was muffled, I had no pain, but the loss of hearing from that one ear was making me dizzy and disoriented. I made an appointment and was seen the next day. I don't have insurance, got seen and treated for $75. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Michelle was very professional and made me feel at ease. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you 😊🙏
