Excellent service from beginning to the end. Very friendly and professional. I was diagnosed with bronchitis after a quick chest x-ray and left within about an hour and headed straight to my pharmacy to get my antibiotics. This was my first time ever going to an urgent care center, so I really didn’t know what to expect, and I was very pleasantly surprised and how pleasant the entire experience was.

Everytime I come here (which is often unfortunately) I always see Rachel. She’s so welcoming and does a great job of talking you through everything! The doctor and receptionist are so sweet as well! I definitely recommend

I have come to this location before and had a great experience, but unfortunately that wasn't the case this past time. I've been extremely sick with fevers over 102, so I figured it was probably time to go to urgent care. I scheduled a time to go, and when I showed up, I was the only patient in the waiting room. When they called my name, I went back to get my vitals done, and the whole thing felt extremely rushed- as if there were 20 patients waiting to be seen behind me. I finally got back to the room and waited for about 10 minutes for the doctor to come in, and was met with the least amount of concern or personable care imaginable. She told me my tests had come back negative, and then asked my symptoms. She never once did a physical exam on me or looked at my throat(which was my main co

I was in and about in a little over an hour. Needed antibiotics and a covid test. It was very efficient, the staff was nice and helpful. I had vertigo so they helped turn lights off for me and stuff. I recommend using the Save My Spot feature too. It saves a lot of time to submit paperwork and insurance ahead of time also.

do not recommend. i went to my schedule appt at 1:20. I was one of two patients in the whole building. The other patient left before I was even fully checked in, so I was then the only patient on the building. Nobody was at the front desk when I got there for about 10 minutes. I finally got helped and was pulled to the back to take my vital signs and I explained that I had a piece of glass stuck in the heel of my foot. I was put into a little trauma room while i then waited for 25 minutes while hearing the doctor loudly talk on her phone, not a work related call based on what I was hearing. she finally decided to come into my room just to tell me x-rays. I then proceeded to sit there and wait another 20 minutes before x-rays were taken. Once x-rays were done, I then proceeded to sit there
